We are looking for a Technical Services for Swine
 
His main purpose will be to boost the subsidiary business providing technical service as well as training and support to HIPRA’s commercial team and distribution network, bearing in mind to focus on prevention strategy. 

 

Requirements:

Studies: Degree in Veterinary Medicine.

Languages: Fluent communication skills in oral and written local language and good command of English. 

Work experience:  3 years, on the Species market. Previous swine production experience considered an asset. 

Abilities:

• Competency in technical matters, methods, working in livestock environments. 

• Basic computer skills including the ability to work with Microsoft Office and Excel 

• Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organization

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 

 

Main Duties:

-Provide technical services within the territory.

- Train the commercial team and distribution network on technical and marketing aspects of the products.

- Leverage technical knowledge and understanding of the veterinary matters proactively.

- Detection of customer needs associated with programs (medical devices, guarantee contracts, Hipralink, etc.) or any other commercial opportunities of potential interest.

- Support the marketing activities of the subsidiary

- Monthly reporting to the TMM and coordination with the commercial team.

- Customer and market knowledge, reporting of relevant information to the TMM and the commercial team.
