We are looking for professionals who meet the following requirements:

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.

•    Experience with vaccines or biological products in the animal health sector, preferably in technical support.

•    Solid understanding of veterinary clients and market dynamics.

•    Ability to build trusted relationships with key customers and technical influencers.

•    Excellent communication skills, capable of translating scientific knowledge into practical solutions.

•    Experience collaborating with marketing teams, contributing to campaigns, product lunch and positioning, and technical content.

•    Proactive and organized, supporting cross‑functional teams.

•    Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.

•    Availability for frequent travel across Canada. 

 

The main responsibilities of the position are:

 

•   Lead and oversee technical services activities within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic objectives.

•   Apply technical and veterinary expertise to support business goals and deliver value to customers.

•   Provide expert guidance to customers on the optimal use of products and services.

•   Support the commercial team through product and technical training initiatives.

•   Manage relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in coordination with the Global Technical Team.

•   Collaborate with marketing on product launches and ongoing lifecycle activities.

•   Work closely with the sales team to provide tailored technical support and strengthen customer satisfaction.

•   Identify customer needs and propose actionable technical or service‑oriented solutions.
