At Hipra, we are actively searching for a new Technical Service Manager (Poultry) for Hipra Pakistan.

 

His/her mission is drive  the sustainable growth of the subsidiary by delivering high-quality technical services, combining expert advice, continuous training, and strategic support to HIPRA’s commercial teams. Always with a strong focus on prevention, the role aims to create added value for customers and reinforce HIPRA’s technical leadership in the market.

 

The ideal candidate will be based in HIPRA LAHORE Office, that represents significant potential for our business.

 

We are looking for people who:

  • Studies: Degree or diploma in Veterinary Medicine.
  • Languages: Fluent communication skills in oral and written local language and good command of English
  • Work experience: 3 years on the Species market.  Previous poultry, swine or ruminant production experience considered an asset. 
  • Abilities: Competency in technical matters, methods, working in livestock environments, and ability to work independently and in a team environment

 

The main functions are:

  • Lead and oversee all technical services activities within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
  • Contribute actively to the development and execution of the medium- and long-term (3-year) Franchise Plan for the species.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Proactively apply technical and veterinary expertise to support business objectives and enhance customer value.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the optimal use of products and services
  • Support the commercial team through product and technical training sessions, including knowledge assessments and continuous learning initiatives
  • Manage relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in coordination with Global Technical Team
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of marketing activities from launch to the whole life cycle of the product
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver tailored technical support to customers, enhancing trust and satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs related to programs, services, or other commercial opportunities, and propose actionable solutions
