We are looking for passionate and strategic Technical & Marketing Manager to actively promote HIPRA’s prevention strategy and boost the subsidiary business by designing and implementing per species technical and marketing strategy.

 

We are looking for people who:

  • Studies: University degree in Veterinary Medicine
  • Languages: Good command of English written, spoken, and local language.
  • Work experience: Have solid experience 5+ years in the Species market. Good relationship with key players in the country. 
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, Results oriented.
  • Able to lead by influence and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Positive mind-set, self-motivated and team player.

 

The main functions are:

  • Ensure Market Adaptation by leading local Franchise Plan creation in collaboration with technical Services team: Tailor global strategies to local market opportunities to drive growth.
  • To be aware of competitor’s position in terms of pricing and product launchings, leading any action to be undertaken together with the BM, RTM and Corporate Marketing.
  • Together with the local sales force, identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Customer and market knowledge, reporting of relevant information to the RTM and the commercial team. 
  • Develop and execute cross-species marketing strategies, creating and implementing local action plans (including pricing, promotions, segmentation, targeting) for the entire local team (technical and sales).
  • Lead and execute marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring impact and alignment with company objectives.
  • Detection of customer needs associated with programs (medical devices, guarantee contracts, Hipralink, etc.)  or any other commercial opportunities of potential interest.
  • Provide technical services within the territory.
  • Leverage technical knowledge and understanding of the veterinary matters proactively.
  • Train the commercial team and distribution network on technical and marketing aspects of the products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams, global mkt team to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
  • Lead and coordinate the development, implementation and track of marketing programs such as email, social media or digital campaigns.
