We are looking for a Subsidiaries Business Manager with a strong commercial and business background to join our team in Perú. We are looking for people who possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and lead high-performing teams.
  • A customer-focused and analytical approach to solving business challenges.
  • A collaborative, dynamic profile with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • High level of self-motivation, with excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

 

The main functions are:

  • To promote the Company values among the personnel of the subsidiary
  • To undertake and develop any business strategy seeking P&L compliance, with particular emphasize in:

          • Sales forecast for the coming month

          • Price positioning in accordance with Sales Manager, TSM

          • Margin of the subsidiary, by product and customer

          • Operating result

  • To take all necessary steps to achieve the sales budget in the subsidiary by proposing initiatives to both increase sales and correct negative deviations from budget. To assign necessary resources, especially to strategic products and services.
  • To identify new business opportunities (new products, new business ideas…) and inform the RM and/or the RTM and the Corporate Marketing team whenever necessary.
  • To lead, manage and motivate the business team by following up on each individual’s personal and professional goals and achievements.
  • Assessment of all members of the sales team through regular visits field trips (customers, KA), dentifying individual areas for progress and implementing corrective measures.
  • Monthly report of the market trends and activity to the RM, specifying areas that require immediate action and suggesting different alternatives to the potential problems.
