Are you a professional with a passion for animal health prevention, commercial area and strategic leadership? We are looking for a Sales Manager with a veterinary background and solid commercial experience to join our swine team in HIPRA Canada. We invite you to join our team and lead commercial activities, targets, and strategic objectives in our subsidiary.

We are looking for people with:
- Proven experience leading commercial teams, ideally within the animal health swine industry.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage complex relationships while driving growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and people-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt strategies to evolving market needs.
The main functions are:
- Lead and oversee the performance of his/ her team by setting personal goals for each member and by tracking your activities in order to ensure that area targets are achieved.
- Follow up on sales network’s performance, identifying individual or collective areas of improvement, acting on time in all of them.
- Identify, classify and manage the accounts in your area.
- Take steps to achieve the sales budget in your area by proposing initiatives to both increase sales and to correct negative deviations on the budget.
- Set prices to customers, according to the pricing and profitability policies and the Business Manager’s indications.
- Negotiate and establish annual goals for customers and distributors.
