We are looking for a new Regional People & Org. Business Partner to support our teams in the subsidiaries of Asia zone (preferably based in China or Vietnam).

 

We are looking for people with:

  • Studies: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields, and master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English written and spoken
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
    • Experience working in international and multicultural environments
    • Well-organized with a people-oriented approach
    • Ability to interact with leaders, act as a coach when appropriate and drive towards solutions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident in communicating and influencing with multiple senior stakeholders
    • Positive mindset, self-motivated and team player

 

Main duties:

  • Build a strategic partnership with Regional and Local leaders to contribute to the design of effective employee solutions related to organizational design & development, compensation & benefits, talent development, performance management, etc.
  • Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees alike, creating people - centric strategies to meet business demands.
  • Maintain in -depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Champion the communication of People & organization strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, lead and drive change projects to generate and deliver continuous improvements within the function.
  • Collaborating and coordinating global projects with the Learning & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, People Ops Team, and others Business Partners.
