Public Tender Specialist

We are looking for a Public Tender Specialist to join the Human Health Team. The mission of this role will be to coordinate and drive public procurement and tender activities across Human Health, ensuring the successful preparation, submission and follow-up of tender opportunities. The role acts as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and public procurement processes, guaranteeing compliance, optimizing execution and contributing to market access and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, framework agreements and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender responses across multiple functions.
- Act as the main point of contact for public procurement opportunities and processes.
- Manage tender timelines and ensure compliance with administrative requirements.
- Monitor contract awards, renewals and key milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Market Access, Pricing, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply and Legal teams.
- Support the preparation of pricing, health economics and value proposition documentation required for public tenders.
- Identify process improvements and share best practices in public procurement.
