We are looking for people with:

Have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Have between 3 and 5 years of experience.
Possess strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Demonstrate proactivity and autonomy in project management.
Possess leadership and influence skills.
Have an advanced level of English, and Spanish will be considered an asset.

The main responsibilities of the position are:

Lead IT projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
Participate in defining the functional and technical aspects of solutions in collaboration with other departments and external partners.
Ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Drive continuous improvement and the evolution of corporate applications.
Ensure proper integration between systems and proper communication.
Contribute to the standardization of IT processes and best practices.
