We are looking for a Finance Administration Manager with a strong finance background to join our team in Canada. We are looking for people who:
- Strong finance acumen and oriented to results.
- Excellent communication, proactive and analytical profile
- Experience working with global teams while executing regional strategies.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
The main functions are:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensure timely completion of all deadlines and maintain the accuracy and integrity in monthly and annual closing data.
- Analyze financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, Power Bis), analyze customer credit limits, cash management and guarantee that the subsidiary complies with all local tax rules.
- Manage the logistics process from Headquarters to subsidiary and from subsidiary to customer, both internally and through external logistics partners, ensuring compliance, quality and timeliness requirements.
- Oversee the management of sales orders, operational flows, and invoicing processes.
- Manage all HR processes, as payroll, benefits, hiring, terminations, retain negotiations and general reports, forecast and budget processes.
- Ensure alignment of global processes and policies.
