Business Excellence Specialist (Iberia)

The Business Excellence Specialist will increase the efficiency of the business team towards the use of data and technology and the successful implementation of different projects and
solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the implementation and consolidation of the Commercial Excellence program.• Facilitate the correct usage of the available data and tools to maximize their value in the different decisionmaking
processes.
• Enhance the cultural change towards a more data-driven steering of the business.
• Ensure the quality and the reliability of the data by working directly on it or stablishing the required
procedures.
• Train and support the different business team members.
• Increase the market knowledge by coordinating the Sell Out collection or the participation with local
associations.• Subject matter expert for Hipra’s CRM (Hipra Force) ensuring alignments with Corporate Strategy.
• Responsible for the generation of actionable information and valuable insights out of the
CRM information system.
PROFILE:
• Studies: Business/Economics, Marketing degree or related studies.• Languages: Good command of English written, spoken, and local language.
• Work experience: +5 years with Previous experience on the life science or, ideally, the
animal health industry would be desirable.
